YouTuber TeaserPlay have made a playable Breaking Bad game in Unreal Engine 5, featuring the lead characters Walter White, Jesse Pinkman and their iconic RV.
YouTube channel TeaserPlay, which is known for posting all sorts of Unreal Engine 5 video game ideas have just released their Breaking Bad video game concept, featuring Walter White, Jesse Pinkman and some iconic locations like the White residence and the Albuquerque desert along with the RV that the duo used to cook their product in the early days.
In a five-minute gameplay trailer, which you can check out below, we got to see Walter driving the red Dodge Challenger, which suffered a terrible fate in the series, meeting up with Jesse and driving the RV to the boonies to cook meth.
The fan who made the demo used the MetaHuman tool to create Walter White and the results are pretty impressive, which cannot be said for the Jesse Pinkman model, which had fewer facial details.
As for the RV, the dev made it completely playable and driveable with realistic handling that is similar to the handling system in the Matrix Demo. The whole project took weeks to complete due to environmental design which can be very time-consuming, according to the dev.

Obviously, this is not a video game that you'll get to play one day. It's a fan-made project made specifically to showcase how an open-world Breaking Bad game could look in Unreal Engine 5.
If we ever get a Breaking Bad game, it will probably be something on a smaller scale, like a management sim where you can grow and oversee your meth business. The creator of Breaking Bad Vince Gilligan said a while ago that the team tried to make a couple of Breaking Bad games but all of them were sadly cancelled.
